Development of a deep water port with 16m draft to accommodate larger vessels and increase cargo handling capacity.

Project Overview
A Deep Water Port (or deep-sea / deep-water seaport) is a port that has sufficiently deep draft (i.e. depth of water) to allow very large vessels with high deadweight tonnage (DWT) to dock safely without needing to lighten their load. These ports often require deep navigation channels, large turning basins, strong breakwaters, and substantial infrastructure for loading/unloading, storage, multimodal connectivity (roads, rails), etc.
